Cruquius 1.4 |
Cruquius is een stadseiland in Amsterdam-Oost, aan de schitterende Entrepothaven. Een unieke plek waar je kunt wonen, werken en ondernemen. Cruquius 1.4 ligt op een unieke plek, direct aan de Entrepothaven. Je komt het gebouw binnen aan de Wijnsilostraat. LEVS architecten is de kracht achter het ontwerp. Het bureau liet zich inspireren door het industriële en nautische verleden van de plek. Het betonnen raster refereert aan de gestapelde containers die hier vroeger in de haven stonden. Vanaf de 2e verdieping zijn de rasters met bronskleurig geprofileerd aluminium ingevuld. Dit geeft het stoere gebouw een chic karakter. Iconisch zijn de drie oude wijnsilo’s van staal die worden teruggeplaatst in een groen daklandschap. Het mos-sedumdak is mooi om te zien en ook nog eens duurzaam! Bovendien reduceert het geluid.

Hier vind je de community manager van het Cruquius gebied, kun je een koffietje drinken, werken of deelnemen aan een van de activiteiten. Via de Spaceflow app kun je digitaal deelnemen aan de community Cruquius maar ook contact zoeken met de beheerder voor vragen over je woning.

Bij de servicekosten is de ondersteuning vanuit het community management en de Spaceflow app inbegrepen.

- Inkomensrichtlijnen -
• Om in aanmerking te komen voor deze woning is het goed te weten dat we hiervoor inkomensrichtlijnen hanteren. Als alleenverdiener bedraagt je bruto maandsalaris (inclusief vakantiegeld en 13e maand) 3.5x keer de vermelde huurprijs van deze woning.
• Voor tweeverdieners tellen wij het tweede inkomen voor 100% mee, in dit geval geldt een inkomenseis van 4x de huur als een bruto maandinkomen.
• Rekenvoorbeeld: het bruto (gezamenlijke inkomen) maandinkomen voor een woning die € 1.000,- per maand kost is dus € 3.500 (€1.000,- x 3,5 of €1.000,- x 4 bij tweeverdieners)

Cruquius 1.4 is in a unique location, right on the Entrepothaven. You enter the building on the Wijnsilostraat. LEVS architects is the force behind the design. The firm was inspired by the industrial and nautical past of the place. The concrete grid refers to the stacked containers that used to stand here in the harbor. From the 2nd floor up, the grids are filled in with bronze-colored profiled aluminum. This gives the sturdy building a chic character. Iconic are the three old wine silos made of steel that are returned to a green roof landscape. The moss-sedum roof is beautiful to look at and also sustainable! In addition, it reduces noise.

The Wijnsilostraat, a modern apartment complex on Cruquiusweg. The apartments have 1 or 2 rooms and are equipped with a luxury built-in kitchen.
